Ordering instructions

You can order with the form or by e-mail. You can also telefax your order to the number +358 9 541 6426.

If you wish to pay by credit card (VISA, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club) you can order with the form, but please send your credit card number by telefax. Do not give your card number by e-mail or on the ordering form. The merchandise will be billed to your card when it is shipped to you.

Please fill in your order as follows:
Price – title of book / print – quantity

A tip for using the ordering form: If you want to speed the process, you can open Windows Notepad and copy (paint Ctrl+C) information while browsing our pages (Use the Notepad in Macintosh). You can then paste the information on the form. We recommend you do this when ordering more than one item, because the form is automatically erased when you exit from it.


Terms of delivery

The customer is entitled to return the product within 14 days of delivery without giving any specific reason. The returned item/s shall be intact and in condition for sale.

If the book you have ordered is not immediately available we will contact you by e-mail or phone to check if you still wish to order. If the book is not on our shelves, delivery will generally take 2–3 weeks.

Forwarding and shipping costs are added to the invoice. The billed price does not contain Finnish Value Added Tax.
